Exhibitor Kit – Alliance Nationwide Exposition

The Exhibitor Kit was emailed to all confirmed exhibitors on April 27 and included login credentials for online ordering. Exhibitors who register after this date will receive an email from Alliance within one week of confirmation.

This kit includes options to purchase furnishings, equipment, labor services, and more. It also contains key information such as schedules, deadlines, shipping labels, and vendor forms.

• Friday, July 17: Exhibit Hall open (7:30 am to 1:30 pm)
• Friday, July 17: Exhibitor Move-Out (1:30 pm to 2:30 pm)

Morning Breakfast Reception in Expo Hall Foyer, Thurs. 7:30 – 8:30 am

Security

Security will be present during open hours and monitor after hours. Badges are required for entry.

Giveaways/Drawing

If hosting a giveaway, please announce winners via the Conference App or NALA Commons.

  • • Engage with new members & first-time attendees
